Why is "Web Site Love" (websitelove.by.ru) on my "Hell No" List?

In my OPINION...

Based on the reports that I have received...

It APPEARS that this site/agency...

 This is easy.

Any time I get an unsolicited email from a girl that 'saw my profile on a dating site' and wants me to look at her profile on ANOTHER dating site, the chances of HER dating site being a scam site are 99%.

I cannot even get the site to load.

This is my own weak report, so if you have any info about this palce, let me know.
