Based on the reports that I have received...

It APPEARS that this site/agency...

This is easy. Aside from the 3 known scammers on their first page, and I don't know how many other scammers on their other pages, their pages/profiles have NOT changed in 4 YEARS!!

Why? Well, why do you think?
