In my OPINION...

Based on the reports that I have received...

It APPEARS that this site/agency...

The main reason is that none of the points listed on the agency's web site are actually true. Clients are told that all the girls speak English. This is not true. Clients are told that all the girls are in Prague. This is not true. Clients are told that they will be given services suited to their requests. This is not true.

The worst report was that some of the girls that went out with his clients were ex-friends or employees of the owner. This is immediate cause for being placed on the Black List.

And once again, another owner that shouts at and insults clients when the clients ask about or complain about the services that were promised and never delivered. Once again, my motto is that an agency is only as good as the owner. An insult-hurling owner does not reflect well on his agency.

I first ran across this agency 3 years ago. All the girls are the same as then. Bad sign.

More news on the scoundrel Joe Weiner. A Texas lawyer has prepared a lawsuit naming Joe Weiner as a defendant in a scam involving US franchise violations, fraud, and deceit connected with his Hand N Hand dating and bride finding services in Prague. Numerous scammed clients of Mr. Weiner have come forth alleging a variety of fraudulent activities.

If you have knowledge of other people scammed by Joe Weiner, please let me know so I can pass the information on the attorney and the authorities in the USA.

Also, if you know the address of Mr. Weiner, please pass it on. The attorney has had a great deal of difficulty finding him. He is always one step ahead of the process server. I know the attorney is offering a reward for information on the whereabouts of Mr. Weiner.

Well, a response to the letter above...

Jim,
I was reading the site and says if anyone knows where J Weiner is?
Well, I met him in London at Hurlingham Club sw6 where he says he's a member.
He told me to pay him for meetings in Prague, that its better than meeting Russian/ Ukraine women.
He told me to go to his Prague office to find out about my meetings..
So what happened next, some of the meetings arranged for me were with Russian women!!
some couldn't speak English, were not at all within my age range, and I didnt get all my meetings i paid for.

Other option be to speak to his staff there, a woman called Nadia who may know where he lives..

I hope not many more people have to go through what i did.. total waste of time and money!
Its hard to imagine he ever had 1 satisfied customer..

The next day I called him and told him what a piece of shit he was and I did not understand why anybody would sign up with his agency. He said something about me not having any money and to have a nice lonely life again. I hung up. Nobody in their right mind should do business with this guy.

More and more...hey, it never stops

Hi Jim,  I just want to thank you for having this web site.  its about time someone does what you are doing.
   I didn't come across you site until after I had some interesting conversations with someone that is on your black list.  Joe Weiner from hand to hand.  what kind of business man is he??  Let me tell you about my experience.
   I came across his web site and was interested in meeting some czech women.  He also had info there to become a franchise member.  I wasn't interested in that, but I have a good friend who is.  I told my friend about this and he contacted joe  weiner.  they  discuss the business and operations.  my friend was not getting a good feeling about him, but he was still considering.    I was trying to get in touch with joe wiener to get information about the services.  everytime I called, the phone was busy.  he did manage to call me back.   I answered the phone because I didn't want to miss the call.  I was getting in a elevator and was loosing reception. I said, let me call you right back.  well, I guess he didn't want any business from me.  he was very very rude and said "oh, must not want to meet any beautiful women!"  " your going to end up with a fat trailer park whore!"  but then I did loose the phone connection.
   so after I got off of the elevator and into my room I called him back.  I said there must have been some misunderstanding.   and he was still rude.  he ask me what I did for a living. I told him I was cardiac surgeon.  (I really am, not just seeing how he would react.)  well, his attitude change really fast.  he said he only does business with professional people.  he said truck drivers and construction workers have no business meeting czech women.  
    so after that,  I mentioned to him that he spoke with my friend who wanted to start the franchise. I gave  him his name and where he was from.  I was the one who gave my friend the info for the franchise.  he really didn't know what to say.  because I saw how he treats his clients.   my friend never got the franchise and Im not going to czech republic.   good job mr. weiner
