Based on the reports that I have received...
It APPEARS that this site/agency...
Free
Personals is a free site. It is actually 100% free. It is not a scam,
but I need you to be aware of a few things before using it.
It
is a Russian guy who owns it. A free site? No way. Yes, so something is
not right. Just be aware of this...
1.
You will encounter scammers and scam agencies using this site to find
new victims.
2.
He has many banner exchanges, so there banners for bad agencies and
good agencies. What I would do is check my lists before clicking any
banners on this site.
3.
I have no proof, but I am sure that it is a site for collecting email
addresses and selling them.
So, just be aware use the site with caution.
Many guys have a lot of success using this site.
