Based on the reports that I have received...

It APPEARS that this site/agency...

This is simple.

IT IS FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is exactly how EVERY fake agency operates.

You write a letter to a girl or she writes you.

After a few letters, you get a  letter from the agency

They say that the girl's account is overdue or that she doesn't have the money to pay their fees.

They are kind and polite. They explain how their agency works.

Maybe they have a copy of their license.

IT IS ALL BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!

It is fake and NEVER trust an agency that operates this way.
