Based on the reports that I have received...

It APPEARS that this site/agency...

This is the report that I got for this agency...(I do not speak highly of detetive agencies and I had never heard of this agency before I received this letter.)

You spoke highly in your anti-scam page about the ned to hire a private detective
before engaging in conversation with a Russian girl...........this man, DIMITRI
TURINE (who works for or owns the detective agency) is a crook. He is a very
dishonest man. He took $300.00 from me to check out a girl......and he did literally
nothing. I was able, with my computer; to find more on this girl than he was--all he
did was hand over to me some generalizations which I could have easily guessed--in
short, the man told me the girl was a "scammer."  Well, I knew this already....i
asked him for specifics (her address, bank, phone) and he could not gather these for
me. Why in God's name did I pay him?  Then he contacted me later and wanted to know
if I wanted to buy an illegal passport. He said he could put my photo on it, etc..
I think he is very dishonest.  He is nothing more than a scammer himself--and I
happen to believe he is working with some of these
 marriage/scam agencies to help them fleece Americans, Canadians, etc. In my
experience, everything & everyone I have come into contact in Russia is some sort
of scammer. Is that whole country full of nothing but crooks?
